Preparation Before Work

Equipment Inspection: Perform comprehensive maintenance and servicing of the tractor and matching agricultural implements according to the manual, ensuring no "three leaks" (oil, air, water leakages), and that all parts are securely fastened.

Cooling System Management: Early spring temperatures fluctuate greatly. When nighttime temperatures drop below 0°C, drain the coolant to prevent freezing. Preheat before starting in low temperatures, and only operate under load when the water temperature reaches above 60°C. Maintain normal working temperature at 80–95°C.

Personnel and Gear: Operators must hold a medium or large tractor driving license and be professionally trained; wear appropriate work clothing during operation, avoiding loose clothing that can get caught in moving parts.

Field Operation Standards

Starting and Driving
Do not abruptly release the clutch to start. Do not coast downhill with neutral gear or with the clutch pressed.
Do not rest your feet on the brake or clutch pedals while driving.

Turning and U-Turning
Drive at low speed when turning in the field to prevent tipping; for sharp turns, assist with one-side braking.
Ensure the implements are fully lifted before turning; reversing operations are strictly prohibited.

Crossing Obstacles
When encountering field ridges or ditches during relocation, first disengage the rotary tiller power and pass slowly at low throttle; if the obstacle is high or wide/deep, dig down and level or build a temporary bridge in advance.

Handling a Stuck Vehicle
Do not abruptly press the accelerator if stuck; clear mud around the wheels, place planks or stones, or use low-speed/traction methods to free the tractor.

Key Points for Operating Matching Implements

Rotary Tillage/Harrowing
Water depth should be controlled at 6–8 cm; for untilled fields, use first pass with low gear II and low speed, subsequent passes can use low gear III and high speed.
Plow blade bent end installation direction: outward for ridge plowing, inward for ditch filling, generally mixed for regular cultivation.

Rice Seeding Operations
If using a hill seeder, connect it with the tractor through a three-point hitch, and adjust so that the frame is level longitudinally and transversely.
Seeding depth 3–5 cm, row spacing 20–22 cm, seed rate 15–20 kg per mu; reversing or making emergency turns during operations is strictly prohibited.
