Disc Harrow

Our 1BZ series hydraulic offset heavy disc harrow is a professional agricultural tillage implement. It works with tractors from 70hp to 180hp. This machine has 660mm disc blades. It can work 180 to 200mm deep in the soil. It comes with different numbers of discs, from 16 to 48 pieces based on the model.

This heavy disc harrow handles tough farm conditions well. It works great on heavy clay soil, wasteland and weedy fields. It cleans crop stubble before you plant new seeds. It breaks up hard soil layers. It mixes chopped straw back into the soil. It also crushes big soil clods and levels your land. You can even use it instead of a plow to work your mature farmland.

Years of planting can make your top soil hard and compact. The sharp disc blades of this harrow cut right through that hard layer. They loosen the soil. This lets air and water get into the soil better.

Clearing Wasteland and Weedy Fields

Wasteland and weedy fields have hard soil and lots of thick weeds. This heavy-duty harrow has strong discs. It cuts through the weeds and turns over the soil. It turns that unused land into farmable land you can plant on.
